My experience with weight loss has been a little different. As long as my body is getting the right things, and when I am consciously dealing with stress, the weight melts away. Counting calories or carbs or fat never works for me! Focusing on healing rather than weight loss alone helps me lose weight. Here are the steps to healing I've learned so far:
1. Kill Candida, a yeast most people have excessive amounts of in their intestines
2. Remove heavy metal build up
3. Address hormonal/endocrine imbalances
4. Address stress
5. Fight inflammation
6. Change negative beliefs about yourself, your body, and the world
7. Eat foods and herbs that heal your body
8. Exercise
For me, it's all about changing habits slowly, one at a time.
